Cookie muffin is a cookie baked in the muffin tin. The all-around heat of each buttered muffin tin means that the bottoms and sides of the cookies brown completely. Crispy outside chewy inside muffin shaped cookies come out tall, chubby, and uniformly round. They’re perfect for stacking, gift-giving, and cookie boxes.

The ingredients! We use low-carb, keto friendly ingredients such as almond flour, monk fruit sweetener and all other no sugar added alternatives.

Monk fruit is a small, round fruit native to southern China. Monk fruit sweetener comes from the mogroside, which is the sweetest part of the fruit. To make monk fruit sweetener, manufacturers crush the monk fruit, extract its juice and then extract its mogroside from the juice. Monk fruit mogrosides have a taste that’s over 100 times sweeter than sugar, but they have no calories.

Monk fruit received the “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS) designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. It also has no reported side effects.

If you have diabeties, monk fruit could be a good option for you. Ask your doctor first, though. People with diabetes have bigger blood sugar spikes after eating sugar than people who don’t have diabetes. So using a sugar substitute can help prevent these spikes.

Since they're free of artificial additives, we still recommend consuming them within one week of delivery. Fridge life helps extend the shelf life.

If you're not eating them right away, Cookie Muffins should be refrigerated to help them stay fresh longer as we do not use any preservatives.
